Gabriella Gricius is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Political Science and a Graduate Fellow at the North American & Arctic Defense and Security Network. Gabriella’s research interests include the former Soviet Union, Russia, the Arctic, great power competition, geopolitics, and securitization theory. She has worked for a variety of think tanks and companies in Germany and the Netherlands, including The Public International Law & Policy Group, The Hague Centre for Strategic Studies, the International Criminal Court, was part of a fact-finding mission to Transnistria and Moldova in summer 2019, and was appointed as a Fellow in the Parlamentarisches Patenschafts-Programm.
