Lynn is involved in a programme of research looking at various aspects of Apprenticeships, training and skills. She has contributed to the IER Net Costs of Training Series, Skills in England (for the former Learning and Skills Council) and the Options Study for the Long Term Evaluation of Apprenticeship (commissioned by the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills). She also collaborates with external research partners (in UK and the rest of Europe) on research into vocational education and training.
