I hold a BA in Geography from the University of Cambridge, UK, an MSc in Water Science, Policy & Management from the University of Oxford, UK, and a PhD in Environment & Sustainability from the University of Surrey, UK.
I am passionate about environmental sustainability and food security issues. My current research focuses on quantifying the environmental impacts of different dietary patterns, with a view to identifying and optimising outcomes for different socioeconomic groups. I am also interested in environmental 'footprinting' methodologies and water management issues.
