Rafaella Simas Lima

Rafaella is a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Department of Urban Studies and Planning at the University of Sheffield. She holds a PhD in Geography, also from the University of Sheffield, and an MSc in Urban Development Planning from the Bartlett Development Planning Unit, UCL. Her research interests include housing including vacancy and underuse, geographies of finance and asset management, and urban development in the UK, Southern Europe and beyond.
